I came to the protocols in this book the way most people do — through personal health problems that mainstream medicine couldn't adequately explain or resolve. I started implementing ideas, documented what happened, and over time became convinced that the ceiling for human health is much higher than we've been told.
That experience is the foundation of the book. Not credentials that might have kept me bound to mainstream ideology, but decades of careful self-experimentation, obsessive reading of the primary literature, and working closely with clients and colleagues going through the same process.
The book took several years to write because I wasn't willing to publish something that didn't hold up mechanistically. Every claim in it is cited. The argument is built from the ground up, not borrowed from authority — and it ties all systems of the body together.
I've applied the same analytical discipline to health research as I have to other fields — working from the west coast of Canada, where I live and work. The methodology is the same: ignore consensus, follow the evidence, test the conclusions. It's not about feelings, favorites, or fads — only real, reproducible results, achieved safely. That's the only thing that matters.
